The Purpose of the Trial

The players will have the chance to showcase their level and ability in these soccer trials at a high-level professional club where the club's scouts will be watching them; they'll have the chance to be selected to form part of the Academy.
During the trial, the players will be put through a series of drills to show their full potential and determination to build a career in soccer.
The club's youth coaches and several analysts will be closely observing the players' performances, building on basic fundamentals in training and bolstering their technical skills for the future.
The players selected by the Andorra FC Academy will have the chance to join one of the club's youth teams and form part of the ambitious player development program the team is developing in its youth academy. Each team has its own name and is formed according to the players’ ages; they compete at different levels across Spain.

FC Andorra Soccer Trial - Schedule
The players will participate in training sessions led by FC Andorra's reserve team coaches, adhering to a set of guidelines that are in line with the club's methodology for spotting new talent for its training programs.
On the first day of the trial, the players will be shown around the different areas within the sports complex and briefed on how the trial will work.
After this, the players will begin the intensive and demanding training sessions for all levels, which will include competitive matches with local teams in which they'll be able to put their skills to the test against the Academy players.
In the mornings, the players will have training sessions in the gymnasium, and in the afternoons they'll rejoin the teams for high-intensity training sessions.
The training sessions will be attended by international players who train with the Manresa teams.
In addition, a further benefit of this trial is that it offers a true-to-life experience of what it's like to belong to a professional club by being completely immersed in its residential and sporting facilities and having contact with players belonging to professional teams.
Upon completion of the trial, each player will receive a very detailed personal report with all the feedback from the coaches, highlighting areas for improvement as well as their strengths on the pitch.
Coaches
The coaches and analysts at the trials belong to the FC Andorra reserve team, and are highly qualified, with certifications that attest to their vast knowledge of youth and children's soccer.
They will analyze the player's abilities and performance from every perspective, including physical condition, technical skills, and the tactical ability to position themselves and resolve specific match situations.
The trial involves personnel from the lower divisions of Spanish soccer as analysts, in order to provide personalized attention to each of the young players.
Fitness instructors who specialize in sports performance will also be in on hand to assess the players' current physical fitness and their room for improvement.
Finally, goalkeepers will also be assessed by trainers and former professional goalkeepers.

Accommodation
The players will stay at the FC Andorra residence, located 10 minutes away from the training camps and their associated schools.
This residence has around 15 single, double, and even triple rooms that offer all the amenities the players could possibly need.
The facilities are equipped with a study room and a conference room. The maximum capacity of the accommodation is around 25 players.
The program includes three meals a day and a snack to ensure a balanced diet aimed at boosting the players' game performance.
The players will be supervised by residence staff 24 hours a day should they need anything at any time.
Students over 18 who don't want to stay in the residence also have the option of renting shared apartments very close to the sports complex.
