You can now book your summer programme before the final dates and prices are confirmed.
What are the early booking benefits?
- Free cancellation until March 1st
- Secured spots — Sign up for camp before everyone else to ensure you don't miss out (the 2023 camps sold out much sooner than anticipated)
We have kept the same booking deposit, which is just €500
We have extended our reduced €500 booking deposit for another year for all bookings prior to March 1st, 2024. Thereafter, the booking deposit will be 50% of the total amount of the programme.
Free cancellation until March 1st
We have also extended the free cancellation policy until March 1st. This means that if you change your mind for any reason, we will refund your money within 10 working days.
Instalment plan available
Our clients asked for it, and we delivered!
You can now pay for the camp programme in instalments. The only requirement is that you pay the €500 booking deposit before March 1st. The remaining fee will then be divided into monthly payments until June 1st, by which time the programme will have been paid in full.
*Special conditions applicable to all 2024 summer camp bookings except for the Barça USA Camp, which is subject to the contracting terms and conditions.

*Participants who require a visa to take part in any of our camps will have to pay for the programme in full.

2. Secure your Booking with our Additional Insurance
We offer optional travel/medical insurance and cancellation insurance to cover for medical contingencies abroad and cancellations if any unforeseen events, such as injury or illness, force you to cancel or interrupt the camp.
Cancellation/interruption insurance
The cancellation/interruption insurance contains 35 causes for justified cancellations, including injury or illness of participants both before and during camps. To find out more about our coverage click here.
Medical & travel insurance
Our medical/travel insurance includes new coverage features, such as a 24-hour remote assistance service, hospital stay abroad, and extended stay due to medical quarantine, state of alarm, or closing of borders, among others. To find out more about our coverage click here.
